The Big East Conference has two teams in the Final Four, consensus preseason No. 1 North Carolina is headed back for the second straight year, and Michigan State gets to host the party.
The road to the Final Four was completed Sunday as North Carolina and Michigan State joined Saturday winners Connecticut and Villanova in advancing to Detroit's Ford Field.
Michigan State started the day by winning the Midwest Region title with a 64-52 win against Louisville, denying the Big East a third Final Four team.
North Carolina capped the day with a 72-60 win against Oklahoma in the South Region final, sending the Tar Heels to their record 18th Final Four.
