SPRING HILL - A man fed up with waiting in a credit union drive-thru stepped out of his car Tuesday and kicked the bumper of the car ahead of him, according to a sheriff's report
The source of his impatience was a malfunctioning ATM, which was holding up the woman in front of Louis Giacobbi. Giacobbi honked his horn and started yelling at her, so the woman yelled back that the ATM wasn't working.
Giacobbi, who later claimed the woman called him a name, got out of his car and began kicking the bumper of the woman's car, causing about $250 in damage, according to a report.
He also started banging on the woman's car window and yelling profanities, leading the woman and the 2-year-old daughter with her to believe he intended to harm them, a report states.
Giacobbi, 42, was charged with two misdemeanors: criminal mischief and disorderly conduct.
