Man, pregnant woman hurt in home-invasion shooting

HOLIDAY - A man and a pregnant woman are recovering after being shot during a home invasion in Holiday early Friday morning.
A man kicked in the door at 5712 Golden Nugget Drive just after 4 a.m. and fired several rounds from a rifle or shotgun, Pasco County Sheriff's Office spokesman Kevin Doll said.
The pregnant woman was hit in the buttocks and the man was hit in the knee, Doll said. Their names have not been released.
The gunman, who was dressed in black and had his face covered, escaped in an unknown vehicle.
Deputies say they haven't determined a motive for the home invasion.
