CLEARWATER - Linda Bollea's divorce attorneys want a judge to force out-of-state corporations to reveal their financial stake, if any, in the business ventures of her estranged husband, Hulk Hogan.

At a hearing today, Bollea's lawyers said Hogan is using the corporations to hide marital assets, sell his future services and hawk trademarks associated with his wrestling career and celebrity status.

There also has been talk of Hogan, whose real name is Terry Bollea, taking part in marketing a new drink and writing a book, said Raymond Rafool, attorney for Linda Bollea.

Rafool said the concern is that his client does not have a clear picture of who owns these enterprises and, therefore, does not have a clear picture of what she believes is her fair share of them as she and Hogan try to divvy up their marital assets.

Three to four Nevada corporations are in question, as well as the role played by an individual who lives in Arizona.

Hogan's attorneys said it's already known that their client owns all but a small percentage of the ventures.

They also said Linda Bollea has ways to determine the couple's assets and that she failed to provide evidence that Hogan has hidden assets.

Pinellas Circuit Judge George Greer did not issue a ruling but took issue with the notion that someone who owns a small share of an enterprise has to answer for the whole operation.

At a hearing to be scheduled in June, Hogan is expected to ask that Bollea's $40,000 monthly alimony be reduced because a back problem has diminished his earning potential. Hogan also objects to Bollea's frivolous spending habits, said David Houston, one of his attorneys.
