TAMPA - Hillsborough County deputies are continuing their search for a 57-year-old Town 'N Country area woman after her son reported her missing Friday.
Susan Jordan talked to her sister about 4:30 p.m. Thursday. That's the last time anyone has spoken to her, said her son, David Jordan.
David Jordan, who lives a few blocks away, reported her missing Friday. He had gone to her home on Reflections Club Drive, and she was gone even though her purse and cell phone had been left behind. Susan Jordan lives alone and does not drive, David Jordan told deputies.
Susan Jordan is a homebody who enjoys knitting, doing crossword puzzles and spending time on the computer, David Jordan said.
He described the past few days without knowing where his mother is as "surreal."
Anyone with information is asked to call the sheriff's office at (813) 248-8200 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-873-8477.
