It's a clean sweep for Hillsborough County high school baseball.
All four Hillsborough teams playing in the best-of-3 regional finals advanced to the state semifinals. After Alonso and Armwood accomplished the feat Friday, Cambridge Christian and Plant both won their series Saturday.
With the series tied at 1, Plant defeated Punta Gorda Charlotte in the 5A regional final, 11-1, in a game stopped after five innings because of the 10-run rule.
Cambridge defeated Sarasota Out-of-Door Academy, 4-0, to sweep the series. Cambridge will play in the 1A state semifinals on Wednesday
Alonso will play Friday in the 6A state semis.
Armwood and Plant will both be in action Monday, May 25 in the 5A semis. Armwood faces Tallahassee Chiles and Plant will play Stuart South Fork.
All state tournament games will be at Tradition Field in Port St. Lucie.
