WESLEY CHAPEL - The idea of playing basketball at Florida College in Temple Terrace was a no-brainer for Justin and Jordan Mitchell. The Wesley Chapel High twins have it in their blood. Their mother, Holly Mitchell, is an alumnus, as is her father. The Florida College's coach, Robb Mitchell, is not only an FC alumni, but he's also their uncle.

"I'm just excited to be able to keep playing basketball," Justin Mitchell said. "Florida College is a great school to go to and if I get to play ball while I'm there, that's great, too."

Added Jordan: "It's pretty much the same thing for me. I didn't really want the high school season to end, but at least I get to look forward to the college season, so that will be nice."

The two have maintained a 4.0 grade-point average and each plan on careers in the medical field.

The Falcons finished the 2009 season 17-10, coming off of a 2008 campaign in which FC finished second in the 2008 United States College Athletic Association's championship game.
