To gain some familiarity with economics, youngsters from Quail Hollow Elementary School operated a market in which students sold items they made. The students are learning the benefits of producing and selling. They got pretend money for items they made and used the money to buy the work of others. The students also were paid for their behavior in class and used that pretend money at the market Thursday.
