TAMPA - A 35-year-old Tampa man was charged Monday with trying to submit a false urine test to his probation officer.
Larry Garland went to his probation office, 1313 N. Tampa St., to comply with a random drug test, according to a Tampa Police report.
Garland's probation officer noticed a homemade bladder device with surgical tubes that contained a yellow and orange liquid. The device was strapped around Garland's waist.
He is being held with no bail.
Garland is on probation for possession of a controlled substance and driving under the influence.
