TAMPA - Quentin Williams threw five touchdown passes, including two to Andre Davis, and the Dragons came close to putting up a shutout in a big victory at Blake.
The highlight of the night for the Yellow Jackets came when Williams fumbled into his own end zone to give Blake its only points.
Williams played mistake-free football from there, and Dragons coach Mike Fenton said his defense continued its stingy season.
"We're pretty doggone good on defense. Those guys don't always get the credit that I think they deserve," Fenton said.
"They're going to play a big part in how far we go in the playoffs."
The Dragons scored 28 points in the second quarter, including a 1-yard touchdown run from Demetrius Russell and scoring strikes from Williams to Eric Royster, Adrian Jenkins, and Davis.
Jefferson finished with two touchdowns on the ground, including a 17-yard rumble from Ladarius Moye.
