Man accused of raping 7-year-old girl

A 47-year-old Zephyrhills man is accused of raping a 7-year-old girl and fondling himself in front of her.

Creighton A. Mills, 8428 Jacqueline Drive, was booked into the Land O' Lakes Jail on Tuesday on charges of capital sexual battery and lewd or lascivious exhibition. He is being held without bail on the capital sexual battery charge.

According to his arrest affidavit, Mills admitted committing the sexual battery on the girl.
