TAMPA - A 17-year-old girl was grazed by a bullet Saturday following an argument that ended with gunfire, according to Tampa police.
Around 9:45 p.m., a group of males was outside the C. Blythe Andrews Apartments, 2201 E. Osborne Ave., when they were approached by another group of males, the police report said. An argument ensued when one of the males, approximately 16 to 18 years old, pulled a gun and shot at the group, the report said.
The bullet grazed the girl in the face and then struck her hand. The girl was in stable condition at the scene but was taken to the hospital.
It is thought the victim was not with either group, the police report said.
The males then fled the area and the investigation is continuing. It is unknown what the argument was about.
