A. Infants are always are high risk for infectious disease like swine flu, and their bodies are not developed enough to get vaccine. That's why the people who care for them are highly encouraged to be vaccinated from the flu. The primary risks to babies, and to others at risk is to their respiratory system, and the chance of developing secondary, bacterial infections.
