Television cooking star Rachael Ray is boosting the local food supply for a struggling Ohio town.

The soup kitchen is getting as many customers in a day as it did in a week a year ago.
Wilmington is still reeling from the departure of DHL Express and other Wilmington Air Park operations, which has left a 15 percent local unemployment rate in its wake.
On Sunday, the Food Network star hosted an early Thanksgiving feast for the community. The soup kitchen improvements and the Thanksgiving meal are scheduled to be featured on "The Rachael Ray Show" on Nov. 25.

Last month, the pair shared an evening out at Beach Blanket Babylon in Notting Hill, London, where the owner told People they had "a rather grown up, intimate dinner."
Crowe tries to sell co-star on biking
Russell Crowe was so desperate to share his love of cycling with new movie co-star Elizabeth Banks, he bought her a state-of-the-art bike.
Crowe and Banks play husband and wife in "The Next Three Days," about a woman wrongly accused of murder.
Crowe used his time off to cycle around the Pittsburgh location, and he wanted to turn Banks into his biker buddy.
"Russell Crowe's an avid cyclist and he wanted to share it with me so he bought me this beautiful mountain bike." Banks said. "It was super high-tech, 21 gears. The thing is, I'm not very athletic. I had to watch YouTube videos to learn how to change gears."
