Woman attacked leaving Tampa pharmacy

TAMPA - A 46-year-old woman was attacked Friday afternoon while leaving a pharmacy with her prescription, but after a struggle the man and his getaway driver fled without her drugs, Tampa police say.

The incident occurred at 1:30 p.m. at VIP Pharmacy, 1947 W. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. A surveillance camera shot video of the men, who left in a red vehicle, police say.

One suspect is 18 to 21 years old, with black hair, a small mustache/goatee and a tattoo covering his right arm. He is about 6 feet 3 inches tall, weighs 130 pounds and was last seen wearing black shorts and a gray shirt with a black tribal pattern on the front and back.

The driver is also 18 to 21 and was last seen wearing blue shorts, a green shirt with the numeral "3" and black cap with "OZ" on the back. He is about 5 feet 9 inches tall and weighs 175 pounds.
