Authorities find missing Sumter County girl

Nakhya Butler

Authorities have found a missing 9-year-old girl from Sumter County.

Nakhya Butler was last seen in the 100 block of Huey Street in Wildwood. Authorities issued the missing child alert late Tuesday night and said she may be traveling with her father, Nathan Butler, in a black Chevrolet Cobalt to Kissimmee.

Wildwood police said Butler brought his daughter to the police station about 6:30 this morning.

Wildwood police said the girl was unharmed. They are not releasing any more details at this time.
