LOS ANGELES - Michael Jackson's father is making accusations of fraud against the administrators of the singer's will as he intensifies his campaign to get money from his son's estate.
Joseph Jackson's attorney, Brian Oxman, filed a blizzard of documents in court late Monday claiming that the singer believed his old friends John Branca and John McClain had defrauded him.
Attorney Howard Weitzman, who represents the executors, said the father's claims were too outrageous to be worthy of comment. A hearing on the matter is scheduled Tuesday morning.
Joseph Jackson was omitted from his son's will.
