There will be discounted adoption fees for veterans, and the MacDill Air Force Base honor guard will be there, along with Raymond, the mascot for the Tampa Bay Rays, and the Tampa Bay Buccaneers cheerleaders.
Admission is free. Those attending are urged to bring pet-food donations.
The cost to park is $5.
Visitors should use the entrance on Dr. Martin Luther King Boulevard, just west of U.S. 301.
