Playboy turning cover over to Marge Simpson

Marge Simpson is going to be a cover girl for Playboy magazine.

Word is spreading fast today online about Marge Simpson posing for Playboy.

The animated lady with a pile of blue hair is going to be on the cover of the November issue, according to numerus sources including E! Online and TMZ.

There also will be a three-page layout inside in a salute to the 20th anniversary of "The Simpsons."

It will be the first time that the magazine has offered a newsstand cover and centerfold of a cartoon character. There will be "implied nudity."

In August, Hugh Hefner had teased via Twitter about Marge having a big surprise for her fans.

Playboy officials say they are trying to appeal to younger readers (younger than the 35-year-olds who subscribe). The issue hits newsstands Oct. 16.
