Government dysfunction

After reading the Tribune's article last week about the Hillsborough County Commission's debate on whether to sue Commissioner Kevin White, I have a suggestion.
White claims he was only trying to help out his friend, 72-year-old C. Blythe Andrews. If that is true, and not a story he concocted to save himself from his wife's wrath, then it's pretty obvious who is at fault.
The county needs to sue the drug companies that make Cialis and Viagra.
