TAMPA - The city's downtown market is coming back.
On Friday, Lykes Gaslight Square will be transformed into an open-air market featuring fruit, vegetables and specialty items from local farmers, restaurants and businesses.
The Tampa Downtown Market, which began last year with help from the Tampa Downtown Partnership, will be open from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. every Friday.
Tote bags will be provided for shoppers.
The park is bordered by Tampa, Madison and Franklin streets and Kennedy Boulevard.
