The Pasco County Health Department will offer free intranasal and injectable swine flu vaccinations to priority groups from 5:30 to 8:30 p.m. Thursday at 10841 Little Road in New Port Richey and at 13941 15th St. in Dade City.
Priority groups include pregnant women, caregivers and family of infants 6 months and younger, individuals 6 months to age 24, people 25 to 64 with chronic medical conditions, and health care workers who provide direct patient care.
The limited amounts at each location will be given first-come, first-served. The intranasal vaccine is appropriate for people 2 to 49 and is not recommended for pregnant women or people with long-term health problems. The injectable vaccine is appropriate for all individuals older than 6 months.
