Bon Jovi to play Tampa in April

TAMPA - Popular rock group Bon Jovi will perform April 17 at the St. Pete Times Forum, 401 Channelside Drive, according to a release from the venue.

Bon Jovi, the New Jersey band best known for such hits as "Dead or Alive," "Livin' on a Prayer" and "Bad Medicine," will release its 11th studio album, "The Circle," on Nov. 10. The world tour kicks off Feb. 19 in Seattle and runs into 2011, with the band scheduled to play 135 shows in 30 countries.
