HOLIDAY - Marc Felton apparently wasn't kidding when he told a pregnant woman he did not want another child.
Felton is accused of arguing with the woman over the pregnancy Wednesday. During a six-hour altercation, he is accused of punching the woman in the head 30 times, throwing her to the ground, bending "her toes downward" and strangling her with both hands, a Pasco County sheriff's report said.
The woman suffered abrasions to her toe, knee, right bicep and neck, the report said. Felton and the woman live together and have one child.
"The defendant didn't want another child," the report said.
Felton, 29, of 2922 Matchlock Drive, Holiday, was arrested and charged with aggravated domestic battery on a pregnant woman. He was being held without bail at the Land O' Lakes Jail.
