SATSUMA - Cape Cod couple questioned about missing Fla. girlSATSUMA, Fla. (AP) — A Cape Cod couple has been questioned in the case of a missing Florida girl who disappeared from her father's mobile home in February.
A Putnam County sheriff's release Tuesday says investigators interviewed Timothy Croslin and his wife on Saturday, but not about an alleged sighting of Haleigh Cummings in a Massachusetts store. The report said no further information would be immediately released.
Croslin's sister, Misty Croslin, was the last person to see Haleigh Cummings. She had been babysitting the then 5-year-old on Feb. 10 at her father's home.
Police have said they don't think Misty Croslin has been straight with them, but they have not named any suspects.
