Sickles rallies to top Blake

TAMPA – Sickles rallied from a 12-0 deficit on the strength of its triple-option offense.

Sickles quarterback Melvin Hendrick connected with Brieann Dollard for an 8-yard touchdown pass to end the first half.

Early in the game, Blake seemed poised to pull off the upset. Quarterback Eugene Davenport connected with wide receiver Phillip Davis on a 23-yard touchdown pass. Blake made it 12-0 when Davenport scored on a 7-yard run.
