Wesley Chapel motorcyclist dies in crash

A motorcyclist died Sunday night after he lost control of his motorcycle and crashed, the Florida Highway Patrol said.
Marc Shawn Glasgow, 43, of Tampa, was southbound on Interstate 75 at State Road 56 in the inside lane when he lost control of his 2004 Kawasaki.
The motorcycle went into the median and struck a guardrail, FHP said. Glasgow was ejected from the motorcycle and ended up in the grass median. The motorcycle came to rest on the paved shoulder of the roadway.
The accident happened at around 7:38 p.m.
Glasgow, who was wearing a helmet, died at the scene, FHP said.
