Doesn't Fault State Farm Lenders loaned money up to 100 percent of a home's values to people with questionable ability to make payments and then built in escalation clauses. Who didn't see this as being a huge problem if home prices fell or the economy slowed? We do not learn. We are doing it again with homeowners insurance.
