Rain, possible thunderstorms to arrive in Bay area for Christmas

The strong cold front that is causing ice, snow and severe weather across the middle of the United States will be heading east today. Here in the Tampa Bay area, a warm front will lift north and help slightly increase our rain chances later this afternoon and evening.
