Downtown St. Pete’s waterfront provides the picturesque setting for the 33rd annual Mainsail Arts Festival, featuring works by more than 200 artists in a variety of media, plus live entertainment, food and — oh, yeah — warm Florida sunshine. Check it out Saturday and Sunday at Vinoy Park.
