SIPPING IN THE SAND
The second annual Tampa Bay Wine & Food Festival offers a palate-pleasing weekend full of food and drink, along with a performance by Brazilian music legend Sergio Mendes (at Mahaffey Theatre). Their slogan is "Unleash Your Palate," which might seem less nonsensical after a few glasses of Cabernet. In any case, it all goes down on the pristine sands of the Don CeSar in St. Pete.
