Caption: Doris Barrilleaux of Riverview sent in this picture of Jared Daniel Short for our Christmas photo contest. “Jared Daniel was 20 months at the time and he disappeared from a family gathering at Christmas,” Barrilleaux said. “I discovered him in a closet with a box of Godiva chocolates. He had sampled each and every one of them.” The photo was taken at her home in 1999. There’s a $50 first prize in the photo contest with $25 for second and third place.
