In 2008, physician Jeff Hertzberg and pastry chef Zoe Francois created a publishing sensation with their first book, 'Artisan Bread in Five Minutes a Day.' The book, which showed how to efficiently make bread in less time than traditional methods, sold a quarter-million copies.
Hertzberg and Francois are back now with a second book, 'Healthy Bread in Five Minutes a Day' in response to feedback from fans who loved the first book but wanted more healthful ingredients.
