BRANDON - When a 15-year-old Brandon boy confronted his father about the man coming home drunk at 3 a.m., his father struck him in the mouth, Hillsborough County deputies say.
His father, Bradford Keith Ahrens, 47, was arrested this morning on one felony count of child abuse.
Ahrens struck his son with a closed fist, causing his son's lips to swell, a criminal arrest affidavit states.
Ahrens remains in Orient Road Jail with no bail set.
