A suspicious fire caused $120,000 damage to a Tampa home where the renters had just moved out, investigators say.
Tampa Fire Rescue crews found smoke and flames pouring from the two-story home at 811 E. Curtis St. about 4:42 a.m. today. It took about 25 minutes to get the fire under control. Nobody was in the home, and no injuries were reported, officials said.
Investigators were told the renters moved out this weekend.
The Tampa fire marshal's office ruled the fire was arson. It remains under investigation.
