A 56-year-old transient was arrested after he was found sleeping nude in front of city hall about 2 a.m. today, police records show.
Wesley Lee Campbell told police he had an itch and is more comfortable sleeping naked, according to police records.
Campbell was charged with exposure of sexual organs. He was being held at Pinellas County Jail today. Bail was set at $150.
