Fowler told deputies she saw Cody, on fire, fall from the transformer. The flames went out when he hit t he ground, the sheriff's office said.
The woman revived Cody and brought him to a sheriff's office substation on South Church Avenue for help, the sheriff's office said.
Cody was flown to Tampa General.
On April 13, 2006, Tom Ward Williams, 63, of Mulberry was electrocuted by the same transformer while trying to steal copper wire, the sheriff's office said.
