Northbound Ashley Drive has been closed between Kennedy Boulevard and Whiting Street to allow Water Department workers to repair a four-inch water main.
Northbound traffic is being routed east on Whiting to Florida Avenue, north on Florida Avenue to Kennedy and west on Kennedy to Ashley.
Southbound traffic on Ashley is unaffected by the detour.
Officials say the street should be repaired by Friday night, depending on weather.
