Tampa police arrested a man on charges he got into a fight with a woman, slapped her teen son, and then mooned them both while screaming obscenities, according to an arrest affidavit.
Kenneth Bowden, 43, of 1660 Lake Meadow Circle North, Brandon, was arrested on two counts of domestic battery and one count of lewd and lascivious conduct on a child under 16 and one count of exposing sexual organs.
Bowden got into a fight with the woman on Wednesday shortly after noon. When her son tried to help her, police say Bowden struck the 13-year-old in the face. He then went outside, and from the road and pulled his pants down, exposing his genitals and spreading his buttocks while yelling obscenities.
Bowden was taken to the Orient Road Jail where he is being held without bail.
