The Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office is investigating a double shooting at in east Tampa that injured two males.
The shooting happened at 11:17 p.m. Friday in the parking lot of the Steak & Shake restaurant at 56th Street and Hillsborough Avenue, the sheriff's office said.
The victims haven't been identified. Deputies tried to get information about the shooting from the victims at the site of the event, but they gave conflicting reports, investigators said.
Both victims are being treated at a local hospital, the sheriff's office said.
