Animal services in North Florida confiscated 75 cats, a parrot and a golden retriever from a doublewide mobile home.
The 54-year-old homeowner was transported on Wednesday to a local mental health treatment facility under the Baker Act.
Authorities went to the doublewide mobile home and tried to contact the owner. She said she wasn't home and they should come back later. They then called a locksmith and as they tried to enter, she came out.
Authorities say the woman hoarded medicine and other items.
