The Rose Circle Garden Club hosted its March 4 meeting at the Davis Islands Yacht Club.
Guest speaker was artist Heather Kendall, a shell designer who had many of her creations on display. She spoke about her designs and answered questions. A luncheon followed the program and meeting.
The club finalized its plans for Earthly Paradise XVII, set for March 29 from noon to 5 p.m. The event includes tours of three homes on Davis Islands, three more in South Tampa and an old-fashioned tea party during the tour at Fred Ball Park.
