Saint Leo University will host its third annual International Business Conference on Feb. 9 and 10.
Organized by the university's Donald R. Tapia School of Business, the conference will bring together professionals, faculty, administrators and students to share innovative business insights and practical global applications.
Students enrolled in traditional and online MBA programs will be able to network with business people based in Florida and from as far away as Southeast Asia.
The conference was created to bring more global awareness to Saint Leo. In 2011, more than 130 faculty, staff and business professionals attended, in addition to many Saint Leo business students.
The two-day conference will include break-out sessions on topics including building strategic alliances, cyberspace security in the global economy and entrepreneurship in U.S. and emerging markets.
Saint Leo students and faculty are admitted free. Alumni and select partners within the local business community, such as the Pasco Economic Development Council, receive a 10 percent registration discount.
Registration fees vary. For more information, visit www.saintleo.edu.
