Election Day Keeps Him On His Feet

1:49 p.m.: Pepe Perez has been campaigning at polls for the past 15 years and said this is the busiest Election Day he has seen. Perez was handing out endorsement information at a Carrollwood polling site on behalf of the Hillsborough Fire Action Commitee, a group that campaigns on behalf of Hillsborough County firefighters.
"I haven't even had time to take my chair out of the car," Perez said. "Normally, I get a chance to rest during the slow times, but it's been a steady stream of people. It's great to see all these voters come out."
