8:26 a.m.: You may have to wait in line to vote today, but there is one thing you won't have to worry about in St. Petersburg: parking tickets.
Police Chief Chuck Harmon instructed his staff Monday that under no circumstances were officers to issue parking tickets in the vicinity of any of the city's polling places today, St. Petersburg police spokesman George Kajtsa said.
