2 p.m.: Unprinted ballots, jammed phone lines and problems with address changes are some of the problems plaguing polling sites in Hillsborough County.
At Precinct 500 in Westchase, poll workers expressed frustration with an inability to communicate with the county's Supervisor of Elections Office. Voters who had moved since registering to vote waited in line, but the poll workers had difficulty reaching a live person at the elections office for assistance.
