It's a bird! It's a plane! No ... it's MacDill's Special Operations Command team.
Falling from the sky Friday evening, two members of MacDill Air Force Base's parachute team jumped from an airplane during a break in the Academy of the Holy Names middle and high school soccer matches. Part of Jaguar Spirit Night, the Socom invasion was just one event in the lineup Friday night.
The Dad's Club handled the food and drinks while soccer and basketball games kept the MacDill Avenue fields and gymnasium action-packed.
