Funerals were held Saturday for two teenagers killed a week ago in a fiery crash in Seminole.
Joseph Scott Ruzecki, 16, of Seminole, and Nathan Richardson, 15, of Pinellas Park, were among four teenagers who died April 10 after the 2005 Lexus IS300 that Ruzecki was driving collided with another car on 86th Avenue North, then hit a tree before bursting into flames.
Both were students at Seminole High School. Also killed were Seminole High student Keith Vincent MacCollom, 17, and Largo High School student LeShawn Allan Smith, 16.
Another Seminole student, Corey Kenneth Lepore, 17, was thrown from the wreck and survived.
At the First Baptist Church of Indian Rocks, 12685 Ulmerton Road, Largo, classmates remembered Richardson for his quick wit and humorous personality.
"He loved to make everyone laugh," Nina Bianco said. "He would want us all to be happy because that's what he tried to do is make everyone happy. So we have to try to carry on the best that we can."
Darcy Finnegan spoke at Ruzecki's funeral earlier in the day before attending Richardson's. He was friendly with all four who died.
"It's made me look at life differently now, really appreciate every day I have and everything I have," he said.
Smith's funeral will be held today at Moss-Feaster Funeral Home, 13401 Indian Rocks Road, Largo, a relative said.
Services for MacCollom were held last week.
