Hillsborough County deputies arrested a 17-year-old boy they say was kicked in the groin by a teenage girl after he held her down and fondled her outside her home last week.
Brandon High senior Jaison Chacko, of 205 Hermitage Hill Way, Apt. G, Valrico, was arrested at the school Wednesday afternoon on charges of lewd or lascivious molestation, false imprisonment and burglary with battery.
The 15-year-old girl was unlocking the back door of her Brandon home about 4 p.m. Aug. 21, when Chacko appeared and asked her whether he could come inside, said sheriff's office spokesman J.D. Callaway.
When the girl said no, deputies said, Chacko then forced his way onto the back porch, restrained her and fondled her. As he forced her into a chair, Callaway said, she kicked him in the groin and escaped inside her house.
Chacko was taken to the county's Juvenile Assessment Center.
