TAMPA - A man whose arm was caught in a piece of equipment this morning has been taken to a Polk County hospital, according to a Polk County Public Safety spokeswoman.
The incident happened about 5:12 a.m. at Purina Mills, 890 Prairie Industry Parkway in Mulberry.
The man's arm got caught in a cylinder, and his injuries were not life-threatening, Polk County spokeswoman Heather Smith said.
Smith wasn't aware of how the incident occurred or whether the man was a Purina Mills employee.
